YogaAnew™: Approaching Hot Yoga

These Pink Lotus Yoga classes are designed for those new or fairly new to yoga/hot yoga or who want to review hot yoga basics. In a studio whose 82-degree starting temperature rises slowly and evenly to 90, your body and mind will experience a blissful, easy acclimation to the world of hot yoga.
Advanced registration for these four workshops is required.
