Designed for the challenges of the decreasing sunlight and cold weather, Marcia's signature Hot Yoga classes employ the art and science of yoga to result in happiness, healthfulness, and wholeness.  Marcia's sequence is based on the Bikram philosophy of posture and anatomy-breath alignment and the Amrit philosophy of alternating outward (Yang) and inward (Yin) focus.   
 

This is Hot Yoga with depth and soul and is appropriate for all healthy individuals at all levels.  Bring a mat, bath towel, small towel, and at least 20 ounces of water.

Bikram/Amrit Yoga Blend in a Hot Room

Marcia offers her signature Hot Yoga classes again this fall, a switch-up blend of Classical Hatha Bikram and Amrit Yoga systems.

Wilhelm Studios is a wonderful place to build a Hot Yoga community in Cleveland.

• The studio is HOT, between 90 and 105 degrees. 
  

• There's a wall-length, ceiling-to-floor mirror, great for alignment and meditative focus.
  

• It's a large space, able to hold thirty students comfortably.
  

Arrive early to sign-in and acclimate yourself.  Bring your own mat, towels, and at least 20 ounces of water.  (The studio offers water for sale and towels for rent.)
