Workshop: Stretch, Yoga Nidra, and Tea Friday, April 27, 2007 6:30-8:30 p.m. We will visit poses that stretch, calm, and prepare us on all levels for Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep,’ a deeply transformative practice of inward journeying and healing. When you come to the Tremont Farmer’s Market on Saturday, June 30th, take a few minutes for yoga. Marcia Camino, R.Y.T., will be offering free yoga mini-sessions/demonstrations under a tent in the cool morning grass from 8:30-10.
The yoga is for all levels and ages: poses, breathing, and meditation will be explored. Sun salutations will open the market activities from 8:30-9.
