OFF THE MAT AND INTO THE WORLD
It is with some sadness, but with a total PLEAP (pink leap!) of faith, that I announce I am taking my efforts in a new direction for a time. I am moving off the mat and into the world, so to speak, with my yoga. For the next year, I will be participating in a women's leadership and development initiative certificate program. I have many goals and dreams that I hope this training will help help me set into motion and realize.
Therefore, I must inform of a reduction in my teaching schedule for fall 2009 and a teaching sabbatical in 2010. I will post here and send emails about--or join my emailing list to receive--news when I will be offering classes. (I am not sure I CAN go a year without teaching.) I always say we should take our practice off the mat. Now is the time for me to practice what I preach.
